Check-in time is 5 PM on your arrival date. Early check-ins are not available. Guests should check in by calling the Hospitality Manager’s office at 410-213-5336 anytime after 5 PM on your check-in date.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next arrival. Upon leaving, please secure all windows and doors, load the dishwasher and start, remove all trash, strip beds, and reset thermostats to the level posted at the thermostat.
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed rental, for any reason, cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
More than 14 days before arrival date: $50 cancellation charge
14 days or less before arrival date: 100% cancellation charge
Bay Club allows a one-time reservation modification up to 14 days from arrival. No modification will be authorized within the 100% cancellation period. Modifications include date changes and an increase or decrease in accommodation size. Modifications are subject to an additional administrative fee, plus any applicable rate difference and tax. Travel insurance is nontransferable. Modifications are also subject to availability and minimum length of stay restrictions.
Bay Club Resort has a thorough inspection policy to ensure our condos are in good condition and that guests will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items. Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office within 24 hours so that you will not be held responsible.
Condos are furnished with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances.
Large gatherings are prohibited without a separate agreement. Special pricing and security deposits may be required.
Bay Club Resort requires a credit card at the time of the reservation. This credit card is held for potential condo damage, missing items, or incidental charges during the stay.
Neither Bay Club Resort nor the management company can be held responsible for items left in a unit. Please double check your condo for personal items prior to departure. If we are asked to return items to you, they will be returned C.O.D.
All equipment in your condo should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office. Every reasonable effort will be made to promptly repair the same. No refunds will be made for inoperative air conditioners, appliances, or mechanical failure.
The person named on the registration (“Tenant”) must be an adult 21 years of age or older. In addition, all other occupants (“Permitted Occupants”) of the unit must be either (a) 21 years of age or older, (b) direct descendants of the Tenant or Permitted Occupants (such as children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren), (c) direct ancestors of the Tenant or Permitted Occupants (such as parents or grandparents), (e) siblings of the Tenant or Permitted Occupants, and/or (f) a maximum of one additional person for the Tenant and/or each Permitted Occupant. Tenant will be refused entry onto the premises or removed from the premises for any violation of this policy and Tenant will not be entitled to the refund of any rent payments made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom plus an additional two people for the sleeper sofa. Bay Club Resort will not allow overcrowding of the condo beyond the existing bedding. No RVs, campers, or mobile homes may be parked on the premises for the purposes of extra sleeping capacity. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit.
Bring your boat. We have a private dock for residents and guests. We do not have an onsite boat launch. The closest public launch is 64th St and Seabay Drive.
Bay Club Resort is a dog-friendly resort. Dogs are permitted for a fee of $125 for one dog and $185 for two dogs plus 11% tax per condo payable at check in. Management reserves the right to require any person whose pet is a nuisance to remove the pet from the premises. Please note that the beaches in Ocean City are only dog friendly from October 1 to April 30. No pets are allowed on the beach between May 1 to September 30.

We provide bed linens and bathroom towels, starter packages of detergents, bath soap, and paper products. Please be sure to pack any specialty items that you may require during your stay.
Early June in Ocean City is known for “Senior Week” – a summer kick-off event for high school graduates celebrating the gap between high school and college.
