Early June in Ocean City is known for “Senior Week” – a summer kick-off event for high school graduates celebrating the gap between high school and college.
Bay Club is available to guests age 18 and above for a maximum of 7 nights starting Friday, June 2nd. We welcome all guests over the age of 18, but if you are not a recent graduate, please be aware that the noise and crowd during Senior Week will be rowdier and less family-friendly than other weeks.
The minimum check-in age is 18 years of age – photo ID required. Senior Week rentals require in-person check-in at the front desk where we place a $500 hold for a security deposit on a credit card. In addition, each occupant will need to sign an agreement including rules of conduct.

This is an amazing place to stay. The place was very clean, had a large living room area, and the amenities were suitable for the trip. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the beach. The trip to the beach was wonderful largely in part to this home and when I come back I will definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved it here! This place is perfect for a calm family vacation. Bedrooms were tidy and comfortable, but most importantly – the view is amazing. Staff immediately answered all our questions and helped with everything!
Place is in a great location right next to Splash Mountain and Speedworld! Great view over looking the bay! Unit was very clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive. We would not hesitate staying here in the future.
